Step 1: Begin Your Application
Application Timeline
Our admissions open in the 9th January 2025 - 23rd January 2025, so mark your calendars! This is the time to submit an application for your child to join our school family.
- Step 2: Complete the Online Form
Form Charges
A nominal processing fee of Rs. 300 is required for online form submission.
Documents Needed
To make things easy, please have the following documents ready for upload:
- Birth Certificate (mandatory)
Please bring the original and an attested copy to the school office when requested. - Aadhar Card (if available)
If not available now, kindly submit before your child enters Std. 1. - Caste Certificate (if applicable, for records only)
- Parents’ Highest Educational Qualification
- Recent Photo of Your Child
- Family Photo
Step 3: Schedule and Prepare for the Introduction Session
Introduction Session Scheduling
After successfully submitting your online application, you will receive a confirmation email with a scheduled date and time for your child’s Introduction Session. Please check your email for updates.
Preparation for the Introduction Session
- Application Form: Please have the printed and signed application form ready for the Introduction Session.
- Documents: Bring all the necessary original documents and their attested copies for cross verification.
- Introduction Session Day: Ensure your child is prepared and arrives on time for the interview.
Step 4: Attend the Introduction Session
Introduction Session Details
- Date & Time: As per the confirmation email
- Venue: Holy Spirit Convent School, Lonikand
- Duration: Approximately 30 minutes
What to Expect:
- For the Child: A simple interaction to understand their basic skills and readiness for nursery.
Step 5: Receive Introduction Session Results and Admission Confirmation
Application Result
After the interview, parents will receive the admission result through the online portal and via email.
Admission Confirmation:
If your child is selected, you will receive a confirmation along with instructions for the next steps.
Step 6: Fee Payment and Finalizing Admission
Pre-Primary Fees (2025-26 Academic Year)
- Total Yearly Fee: Rs. 36,800/-
- First Installment: Rs. 20,600/- (to be paid at the time of admission)
- Second Installment: Rs. 9,000/- (due by 30th October 2025)
- Third Installment: Rs. 7,200/- (due by 30th December 2025)
Payment Methods
- Offline: Pay at the bank with the challan provided by the school office once your admission is confirmed.
- Online Payment: Selected applicants may use the online payment portal.
Important:
- Limited Seats: We have only 160 seats available. So be quick to apply
- Admission Confirmation: Admission is only confirmed after completing all steps, including fee payment.
- No Refunds: Fees paid at the time of admission are non-refundable. Please ensure to complete each step carefully.
Eligibility Criteria:
Children born between 1st July 2021 to 31st December 2022 are eligible for Nursery admission.

- No Influence on Admissions: Our school follows a fair admission policy, and no influence will be entertained.
- School Policy on Fraud: We are committed to a transparent admission process. The school is not responsible for any fraudulent practices.
- No Donations or Agents: There are no intermediaries or agents involved in the admission process, and we do not accept donations.

ADMISSION NOTICE
Dear Parents,
We are pleased to announce that admissions for Class XI (2025-26) will commence soon. Kindly note the guidelines for the offline admission process:
- Affiliation:
Our school is affiliated with CBSE, and the CBSE bye-laws for attendance, syllabus, and assessments will be strictly implemented for Classes XI & XII. - Application Process:
- Last date to submit the offline application form is 05/04/2025
- The first list of selected students will be displayed on or before 08/04/2025.
- Provisional Admission Criteria:
Provisional admission will be granted to students meeting the cut-off criteria of 70% in Std. IX/Term 1/Pre-board examinations. Final admission will be confirmed after the declaration of Std. X results. - Fee Payment:
- Last date to pay the first installment of fees is 12/04/2025.
- Note: Students of Holy Spirit Convent School are exempt from paying an admission fee.
- Important Notes:
- Classes will begin on a provisional basis from 21st April 2025 for a few days and resume in the month of June after the summer vacation.
- The admission process will conclude by 16th April 2025. No requests for admission will be entertained thereafter.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
